Manage your projects and keep clients informed about the status of your projects

Your clients can create projects and assign you to work on tasks within a project. You will be able to access those projects, their descriptions, files necessary for your work and let the client know about the progress of the tasks you are assigned to.

Step 1:

You can see an overview of your projects by selecting Projects from the menu. Normally, clients should create a task and send you a task request to invite you to work on a task. However, sometimes clients will allow you to create your own tasks within the project. If that is the case, the option will be displayed on the project overview page.

Step 2:

Find more information about the project by clicking on the project’s title.

You will see the duration of the project, all tasks within this project, their individual status, as well as the project’s description and files the client shared with you. Also, you will be able to add new tasks to the project if your client enabled this possibility. Alternatively, if this possibility is not enabled, you will still be able to create timesheets and turn them into invoices to get paid for your work.
